How long will Tucker's raw frozen food be good for after being thawed?
As Tucker's product is 95% human grade meat, you can treat it no differently than you would any meat you'd buy from the butcher or grocery store. We recommend using the food within 3-4 days of thawing, but you can use the same smell/see practices as with human meat products to determine freshness. Make sure the thawed food is stored in the fridge in a covered container for maximum freshness.
Are 20lb Bulk Boxes included in a Frequent Buyer Program?
No, 20lb Bulk Boxes are NOT included in any Frequent Buyer Programs. Tucker's bulk boxes are EDLP (Every Day Low Price) so a frequent buyer is essentially built into the pricing.

How long is Tucker's raw frozen food good for once thawed?
Once thawed in the refrigerator, our raw frozen formulas should be fed within 3–5 days. Do not refreeze thawed product.

How do I feed the freeze-dried if there are broken pieces in the bag?
Broken pieces can be fed just like whole pieces. You may rehydrate them with warm water or sprinkle them over meals as a nutritious topper.
Do you HPP your product?
No. Tucker’s does not use High Pressure Processing on raw formulas.
What is HPP (High Pressure Processing)?
HPP is a method that uses extremely high pressure to reduce pathogens. While it can be effective, it can also impact texture and nutritional integrity, so Tucker’s does not use it.
Why does Tucker's use so much plastic?
Vacuum sealing requires durable, food-safe packaging to maintain product integrity, prevent contamination, and eliminate freezer burn.
